What areas do you service?

I currently provide services in Chester, VA, South Chesterfield, and North Chesterfield.

If you are located outside of these areas, feel free to reach out to confirm availability.

Do you charge a travel fee?

Yes. Travel within 10 miles of Chester, VA is included.

For locations beyond 10 miles, a mileage fee of $0.70 per additional mile will apply. This helps cover travel time, fuel, and vehicle expenses for extended service areas.

Are you insured and licensed?

Yes. I am fully insured, bonded, and operate with a valid business license. Your pets and home are cared for with professionalism and accountability.

Do you offer dog walking services?

No, I do not offer traditional dog walking services.

For safety reasons, walks are limited to your pet’s immediate home environment. There are many dogs that are not properly leash trained, as well as the risk of encountering loose or stray dogs. Because of this, I do not offer neighborhood walks.

If your dog needs to be walked for bathroom purposes, all activity will remain within the vicinity of your yard or immediate property.

What is your cancellation policy for wellness services?

If you have scheduled a Wellness Service (Canine Massage or Cold Laser Therapy), a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before booking or rescheduling any future appointments.

When are wellness services available?

Wellness Services are available on Mondays and Thursdays.

These services may also be added to an existing Check-In Appointment, depending on availability.

What is your cancellation policy for vacation services and multiple scheduled visits?

Vacation services and packages with multiple scheduled visits require a minimum of 15 days’ notice for cancellation.

This business operates on a scheduled appointment basis, and last-minute cancellations often leave time slots unfilled, directly impacting availability for other clients.

Failure to provide at least 15 days’ notice will result in a cancellation fee.

Is a deposit required for booking?

Yes. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for:

  • Vacation services (multiple scheduled visits)

  • Overnight services

Bookings are not secured until the deposit is received. Failure to submit the deposit means the requested dates may be made available to other clients.
