Because our collars are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns for:

If your collar is unused and in new condition, exchanges may be requested within 14 days of delivery or pickup. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the item so we can make it right.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Shipping & Pickup

Local pickup is available in Chester, VA at no additional cost.

Shipping is available upon request and will be calculated based on your location and order size. Once your collar is completed, you will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Please allow approximately 10–14 business days for your handmade collar to be completed. Many orders are finished sooner whenever possible.
